David G. Frackelton, President and Chief Executive Officer
An environmental and process water engineer, Mr. Frackelton is an experienced poultry and cold storage executive and entrepreneur. He has founded and/or managed numerous businesses including Cassco Ice & Cold Storage; Science Compliance Associates, LLC; Harrisonburg Community Associates, LLC; Harrisonburg Townhomes, LLC, Quad Development, LLC, United Fabrication; and Adom USA, LLC. Mr. Frackelton serves as a Director for the Shenandoah Valley Soil and Water Conservation District in Virginia and on numerous local and Virginia state councils, committees, and boards of industry and charitable organizations.
 

Jesse McCoy, Director Research and Development
Mr. McCoy has 9 years experience in applying technologies and techniques validated in the laboratory to the end user. He worked out of the Engineering, Environmental, and Government Affairs department of Wampler Foods, Inc, and subsequently Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation before creating AgWater’s laboratory operations. Mr. McCoy also routinely consults AgWater’s clients about in field issues and develops custom solutions for those clients.

Mr. McCoy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrated Science and Technology with a dual-concentration in Environmental Science and Industrial Operations and Management from James Madison University.
